Jack o' dinner

I have to say these ratatouille-stuffed peppers were damn good. But I should've doubled the amount of garlic-butter panko bread crumbs that go inside because those were delish.

 

The jack faces are just, er, gravy. Heh. Anyhow I totally stole this recipe and you can too.
