The Sock that Dreaded Sundown!


My shoddily made half socks just reminded me of one of the scariest movies of my youth. Which I never even saw because my sister terrorized me so badly by pulling her hoodie way down over her face and yelling spookily, The Town That Dreaded Sundown! Now that a remake is about to be released, I'm excited to see how it all goes down.

    haha! just started watching it on amazon prime. about halfway through it and the tone is all over the map - documentary, comedy, horror, wtf?

    True story. The year the original movie came out when I was 8, our family traveled to Texas on a vacation trip. It just so happened that we were driving through Texarkana, Kansas just after sundown. I hid on the floor of our '71 Chevy Impala the whole time.
